Can I split my order for custom key tags?
Yes you can split your order of key tags and receive two custom designs with no extra set up fees.

Do I get a proof of my product?
Yes! The proofing profess is free here at Keytag1, you will receive as many proofs from our design teams until you are satisfied with the look of your key tags.

How do I send my logo or art work to you?
You can create an email to customerservice@keytag1.com and attach the largest format of your logo that you have. This includes a JPG or PDF, and a description of your design needs. 

Is there a charge for custom design?
At keytag1 there is never charge for custom design.

I received the wrong product!
Keytag1 is an understanding family owned business. If you feel you received the wrong product, we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy.

Are your barcodes compatible with check-in software?
Absolutely. We can format our barcodes to do whatever it is you need.

Are your key tags compatible with all barcode readers?
Yes, our barcodes are strategically places on the S- style key tags to work with swipe readers. We are able to do any type of barcode that your scanner reads this means barcode 3 of 9, 129 and UPC.

All shipping to the United States and Canada is free.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number to your email the day they ship out.

How long does it take to prepare my key tags?
Production time is just 7-10 business days!

Pricing and Billing - How do I pay for my Key Tags?
We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept checks as a payment method.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
As we are located in Florida, only in the state of Florida is sales tax required to be paid. Otherwise we do not charge Sales tax on our products if you are located out of this state.

I need a copy of my invoice / receipt!
Invoices are emailed to the email that paid for the key tags, also included in the box when shipped to you.
