Looking for key tags? KEYTAG1 offers a variety of key tag sizes and shapes. Our custom product is derrived from printing on teslin, which is a thin plastic sheet with laminate on both sides for a total thickness of 30mil (same thickness as a credit card). We offer full color printing on both sides as well as any barcodes or variable print you might need. Our two most popular sizes are 1.125"H x 2.625"L and 1.125"H x 2.125"L.

Once we laminate all three plastics, the key tags become one solid piece of plastic which does not peel apart, have any color fading and are the most durbable in the industry, yet bendable and flexible.
S-STYLE KEY TAGS - TESLIN
The S-Style key tag is a unique shape which offers a larger print area as well as an area for your customer to hold the key tag if they had to swipe the barcode through a barcode scanner. Our standard S-Style key tag is 1.125"H x 2.625"L.
OVAL KEY TAGS - TESLIN
KEYTG1 offers oval, circular and custom shapes. Key tags can be designed around your company's logo. We can manufacture custom dies and produce durable, flexible and full colour photo quality key tags.
2, 3 & 4 PACKS - TESLIN
Key tags can be produced in 2, 3 and 4 packs which is primarily a more economical method during our production run. Each key tag is 1.125" x 2.125".

Searching for Key tags or plastic cards? Key tags by KeyTag1 is an economical solution for promotions, marketing, membership, fulfillment and loyalty programs.
KeyTag1 offers a number of combination layouts in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
Our key tags can even be combined with a credit card size (CR80) wallet card. "Key tags" are great vehicles for any type of barcode (Typically Barcode 39). This ensures that they will be compatible with your software program.
All key tags are printed on a teslin plastic which is then sealed in a total 30 mil laminate film to ensure durability and performance.
The 30 Mil KEYTAG1 Card key tag sets are made of laminated Teslin material. Laminated Teslin is scratch resistant polyester, which over time preserves the ability to see the artwork with clarity and read the bar code with precision. Teslin is a porous substrate, which allows the laminate's adhesive to be embedded in the Teslin surface for the strongest bond. Laminated Teslin is firm yet flexible and bend-resistant.
A 30 Mil card or key tag can be bent in half while remaining usable and looking acceptable. It will not crack under stress - it only becomes less rigid. Over the life of a card or key tag, cracking or tearing will not occur unless extreme twisting or pulling has abused it. Laminated Teslin will not change shape due to heat, moisture or pressure.
