All custom orders (unless stated in writing) are paid for when the original order is placed. Should the customer cancel the order between the date ordered and the ship date, the customer may due so. A thirty five percent (35%) restocking fee will be enforced and KEYTAG1 will issue the refund/credit within 30 days from the cancellation date.
