KEYTAG1 offer a wide variety of custom printed plastic mailers. From simply having either a card or a key tag punch out or to having both or even multiples of cards and key tags. The most typical plastic postcards including a punch-out card or a tag, variable printing and a barcode or numbering is also offered.

Typically, all plastic post cards are printed with variable data. Variable data printing is simple placing an address of each postcard and each punch out, it can include complex changes in messaging for the punched out card and key tags.

Variable printing often includes customer names, special personalized offers, membership information, policy holder information, contact information, important dates and more. The only real limit to variable data printing is the amount of space available on the plastic postcard and the punch out.

Our laminated teslin MAILERS are durable and simply never peel apart. Once we laminate the teslin printed plastic with the clear laminate on both sides, all three plastics melt to for one solid peice. All ink, barcodes and varaiable print stays protected against water, sun and normal usage over time.
